I would just like to thank all of you for your incredible customer service. Today Chris Chavez came out to do they drywall and paint in my closet, he went above and beyond what he needed to do, he actually repaired two holes in my wall, I was amazed and very moved. You all have been very good to me and I truly appreciate you working with me! From Dan Chavez, Dan Noyce, Chris Chavez and Martin, I am very impressed with the great work you have done. Thank you all so much!

Pinnacle Restoration, Excellent work and most Professional!
My home had two floods in a very short time frame and a mold remediation was done. This required cutting walls and moving cabinets. I was given several names of companies to restore and return the house to its original condition, which was provided by my insurance company.
I went online and reviewed several companies and found A+ rating for Pinnacle Restoration. TShe supervisor was very accomodating and met me at the house on Sunday afternoon and created an estimate. The work supervisor was excellent as well. I have a tenant in the house and she was very pleased with how professional the gentleman was who did the work.
He worked without taking time out for breaks and was courteous and respectful; on-time each day and the work was excellent. You could not tell there was damage to the walls, everything was restored beautifully and timely. Thank you for doing an excellent job.
SIncerely,

To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for sending Chris to Desert Heights to close out the claim for water damage that we incurred in May. It was slow going until Chris came to our campus to get things rolling. He was very cooperative, polite and considerate with us.
Thank You

The project manager on the repair job to my home was Chris Stewart. My condo was flooded after the condo above me developed a water leak. Chris and his team of workers were assigned to demo and repair the inside.
I want to put in a good word for Chris and his crew. He got the job done, it looks really great and I'm pleased with how my home looks. Chris was really good to keep in contact with me and returned my calls when I left him voice mails. Even when I got testy due to the stress of living in a hotel and wanting to go home, Chris kept his cool and never showed any impatience with me. The work he and his guys did was above and beyond the required.
Thank you for having an employee like Chris and his crew. I would recommend Chris and PInnacle to anyone who had a disaster in their home as I did.
Thank You.

I would like to extend my appreciation for your help in the whole process and the recommendation of Pinnacle as my house reconstruction contractor.
The decision was very important because it is our home and it is our largest and most precious possession. My experience working with Pinnacle's team is smooth and painless. Pinnacle's group of supervisors, estimators, project managers, and owner met me at my home several times to make sure everything was getting expedited and into production quickly and professionally. We were very satisfied with the way Pinnacle jump-started the project and got everything going.
There were a couple bumps in the road on the project, but Project Manager Ken Allen resolved our concerns very professionally and the way we, as homeowners, would want it resolved. Ken was great at communicating every step in the process to us, such as cleaning and smoke removal, flooring, cabinet, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and paint color selections. Our house turned out magnificent. Ken is always reachable and responds to our questions and concerns immediately. I have never had such a great project manager in my previous house constructions.
We definitely would refer anyone that has had such a loss to Pinnacle Restoration.
Sincerely:

To Whom It May Concern:
On July 13, 2008 Ahwatukee was hit with a severe monsoon storm that caused the roof to collapse over a section of the building resulting in severe flooding throughout the entire 66,000 square foot building. School for 400 students was to start in just three short weeks and with the damage, this seemed impossible.
The day after the storm Floyd Carns and Kelly Voris were on site to begin their assessment of the repairs. Floyd and Kelly worked directly with the insurance company and began the process to schedule the repairs. Ken Allen was assigned to the project as director. Ken went above and beyond to meet the deadline of opening the school. Ken coordinated a multitude of craftsmen, engineers, and inspectors all while working with school staff to alleviate fears and concerns by providing timely communication.
I sincerely appreciate the hard work of all the dedicated staff of Pinnacle Restoration and the many craftsmen that worked 24 hours a day to complete this project. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Pinnacle Restoration.
SIncerely,
The Hartford Insured |
